This is the philosophy of our property management department.

It is our belief that modern property management businesses spend too long trying to squeeze every last drop of profit from their services at the detriment of genuine customer service.

In property management this means managers with unrealistic numbers of properties to maintain with inadequate support systems to do it. On top of that staff are often employed as cheaply as possible leading to inexperienced poor quality staff and a high employee turnover. This is highly detrimental to the service supplied to landlords as the in-depth knowledge of the property is constantly lost.

We keep a good eye on your property but we can't be there all the time.

So we engage residents through our Rental Neighbourhood Engagement Programme so they can report any concerns they may have.

Like us you probably have a job.

We know that it is not always convenient to contact us during the week.

That's why in stark contrast to most property managers we are contactable 7 days a week.
